  • depression
  • anxiety
  • existential crisis
  • burnout
  • disordered eating
  • neurodiversity
  • long-term health conditions
  • exploring sexuality and gender

Alongside private practice, I am also an Associate Lecturer and experiential group leader working with Dramatherapy MA students at Anglia Ruskin University.

In addition to providing therapy via private practice and the NHS, my employment also includes managing and running art therapy groups which support those with life limiting illness.

I also have previous experience in the roles of wellbeing champion, gardener, and social worker.

The education which led me to being a qualified therapist is:

  • training in Eco-therapy and working outdoors

I am a registered Allied Health Professional with the Health Care Professionals Council.

My Therapeutic Approach

Working with me is primarily an outdoor experience, although I do offer online therapy too where necessary.

I like to step outside with you to explore the local Cambridge woodlands, where the gentle running river and calming woodland combine with nature’s soundtrack to create a wonderfully safe and supportive environment to facilitate healing.

This blend of art and nature provides a safe space for you to explore your emotions, express your thoughts and gently work through and unpick the issues which you face.

My practice is predominantly humanistic. In other words, I focus on helping you develop a strong sense of self and find meaning within, to live a more fulfilling life.

Whilst the use of art or the creative process is not essential in working with me, I do believe it benefits the healing process and helps you truly make the most of your journey in psychotherapy.
