Not sure what to expect from psychotherapy?

I believe that psychotherapy is a space for curiosity, self-exploration, and becoming more of yourself. This journey takes courage and commitment, and at the heart of it is the therapeutic relationship built on trust. Together, we’ll create a safe and nurturing space where you are free to express your emotions and experiences so that we can work to break down and shed light on the issues that are troubling you.

My approach to therapy combines Integrative Arts Psychotherapy with Eco-Therapy; blending the healing power of nature with the creative, expressive qualities of the arts. This holistic method supports your mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to explore your emotions in a way that feels completely safe and supported. Whether through artistic expression or simply being in nature, you’ll find opportunities to access relief from stress, anxiety, and depression.

Accessing Therapy with the Right Person

It’s important that when you’re accessing therapy, you do so with someone who is both qualified and the right fit for you and your needs, both personally and professionally. If your personality doesn’t match with the therapist that’s okay – this is why I offer a free initial 30 minute meeting so we can see if we’re the right for each other. Some therapists also specialise in specific areas meaning they may more appropriate for your needs.

I am registered with Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and you can also find me via the Counselling Directory where I am verified.

Accessing Therapy with Additional Needs

I want everyone in need of therapeutic support to feel welcome and cared for in my practice. If you have any access needs or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

We will always work at a pace that is physically sustainable for you, ensuring you are comfortable and safe to explore what brought you to psychotherapy in the first place.

I also offer concessions to those on low incomes, facing hardship or struggling to access psychotherapy for any reason.

If this applies to you, please reach out so we can find a way to get you the help you deserve.
